Excellent services provided including quick response, quick completion and high quality work. An estimate was provided the second day after initial contact and work began the following Monday. The work was completed in four days over one week--there were spring rains and a weekend. I believe the cost was justified by the extent of the work required, which took a two man crew four full days to complete and significant amount of materials. We also chose the highest quality paint. I especially want to commend the foreman for his suggestions to reinforce the deck and for his design of the new build...he made an effort to hear what I was requesting and made it happen! Thank you as well to Greg who was so quick to answer all questions by phone and email.

I spent a lot of time getting estimates for a wood picket fence. After talking to several fence companies I got an estimate from Bob P. and I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and helpful he was. He took the time to provide advice regarding fence placement and installation that the others did not. He offered to get the HOA approval and the City Building Permit that some of the others will not do. Bob was available to answer the many questions I had before I made the decision to go with his company. I sent him numerous text questions that he always responded to. After I was convinced that I should go with DRS, I was not disappointed. Bob and his crew came out to my house and in two days installed a beautiful wood picket fence that looks better than I hoped it would. Bob was on site for the entire project and kept me informed all along the way. They were all very professional. I can now highly recommend Bob and DRS for your next project. I too give them 5 stars. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I contacted Deck & Fence Renewal Systems about adding a deck over our rear patio. Bob, the Construction Mgr., visited our home and made many helpful suggestions to help us decide how to best design a deck for our designated yard space. His knowledge of decks and his pleasant demeanor coupled with no high pressure convince us that this is the company we wanted to build our deck. In addition, the many positive reviews across several websites was another factor in our decision. Our deck was completed on schedule and was truly magnificent. We were overly impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. This company definitely exceeded our expectations. We were glad we chose Deck & Fence Renewal because they are specialists in what they do. Where other contractors may do a couple of decks a year, D&F does this for a living. We would give them our highest recommendation
