Greg was very responsive to my phone calls and very patient with my delay in making color choices, etc.. He was more than willing to make recommendations and to do the job the way I wanted it done. I was not in a hurry to have the work done, but he always kept me informed of when the workers would be there, etc. and very apologetic when the weather caused delays. Although the work wasn't as perfect as I had hoped - I expected the cracks to be filled in better with the Revive which Greg explained was due to the nature of the product and I had to ask for the spindles to be repainted in a few places (which was done quite willingly and without hesitation ), the deck looks so much better than it did. Greg was obviously doing everything he could to make me a happy customer!

I have a deck that was in bad shape - mold, staining, some rot, multiple different stains and paints applied, etc. I'm not at all a novice at home repair and maintenance and I thought I had some pretty realistic expectations for what to expect in terms of results. The first guy to come pressure washed the deck. Very punctual and respectful. He gave a great explanation of what he was going to do, what I should expect, and how long it would take. He took a lot of care in protecting the inside and outside of my property as well. When he was finished the deck dried for a couple of days. A few days later I came home from work and the deck had been sealed. I was completely blow away at the job DRS did. Totally exceeded my expectations. Even color, perfect color, no blemishes, excellent cleanup, etc., etc. It honestly looks like I have a new deck.

Needed replacement of a long run of split rail with wire backing, because three trees had fallen from neighbor's yard and crushed sections of existing fence. DRS removed fallen trees from fence and replaced fence with higher quality materials than in old fence. Very satisfied with speed and quality of work.
