Greg was very responsive to my phone calls and very patient with my delay in making color choices, etc.. He was more than willing to make recommendations and to do the job the way I wanted it done. I was not in a hurry to have the work done, but he always kept me informed of when the workers would be there, etc. and very apologetic when the weather caused delays. Although the work wasn't as perfect as I had hoped - I expected the cracks to be filled in better with the Revive which Greg explained was due to the nature of the product and I had to ask for the spindles to be repainted in a few places (which was done quite willingly and without hesitation ), the deck looks so much better than it did. Greg was obviously doing everything he could to make me a happy customer!

The company was responsive to my requests for an estimate, and was willing to work with me on pricing, The tone of all communications was respectful and even friendly, and the information provided was accurate and helpful. The company was particularly helpful when it came to considering different materials (I decided on a composite porch) and discussing possible project challenges. The work crew arrived on time and worked the entire day. They were friendly, discreet, and highly professional. They kept the site exceedingly clean. Most important, I am very satisfied with the new porch (and repaired pillars, railing, etc.), which looks and feels great. I've already recommended the company to friends, and would strongly recommend Greg Peters and his crew to anyone considering similar work. We are very pleased with the look of our deck. When weather delayed the job, the owner called us promptly with a new start date. He and his crew followed up with calls the day before for the power washing and staining. The crew was very careful with the detail work and didn't get a drop of stain on our metal bannister. They also screwed down boards that had popped up. I plan to use Deck & Fence Renewal Systems for all of our deck maintenance needs. We couldn't be more pleased.
