Just wanted you to know what a great job the guys did on my deck. As instructed via phone, I selected the color chocolate as it seemed to match the deck color that was there. When the men showed up, after painting a small portion, they called me out to see. The color was awful and we all thought it should be changed to match the look of the deck and the house colors. The changed the color to espresso, and it looks great. The men were careful and took great care to make sure the deck looked great. I feel they went above and beyond and both deserve the accolades and maybe a gift card for their recognition. I believe one of the men' name was Dale and I am sure based on our address you can find out exactly who represented your company well. I certainly will provide a recommendation. I liked the fact that the owner of the company called me back and he always returned my phone calls. I had my house and deck power washed and the deck stained. Deck looks really good with the stain on it and I am very happy with the job and would recommend them.

The young man who did the power washing arrived on time on a Tuesday, and because our deck is 800 sq. feet, spent something over 2 hours getting it cleaned. We couldn't believe the difference when he was done - all the bench seats had been thoroughly washed, and all the green stuff that had been growing on the deck was completely gone! They had told us the deck would have to dry thoroughly for a couple of days, and of course it rained off and on for the rest of the week! From the following Sunday on, the weather was good, and on Wednesday, a week after the washing, they came back (we were gone at the time) and sealed the deck with a penetrating cedar oak natural sealer. The deck looks so nice, and we were VERY pleased with the job that was done.
We would recommend this company without reservation, and will definitely use them when the deck needs to be redone. Their Super Service Award is well deserved!

My wife and I contacted Deck & Fence Renewal Systems about adding a deck over our rear patio. Bob, the Construction Mgr., visited our home and made many helpful suggestions to help us decide how to best design a deck for our designated yard space. His knowledge of decks and his pleasant demeanor coupled with no high pressure convince us that this is the company we wanted to build our deck. In addition, the many positive reviews across several websites was another factor in our decision. Our deck was completed on schedule and was truly magnificent. We were overly impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. This company definitely exceeded our expectations. We were glad we chose Deck & Fence Renewal because they are specialists in what they do. Where other contractors may do a couple of decks a year, D&F does this for a living.
