Just wanted you to know what a great job the guys did on my deck. As instructed via phone, I selected the color chocolate as it seemed to match the deck color that was there. When the men showed up, after painting a small portion, they called me out to see. The color was awful and we all thought it should be changed to match the look of the deck and the house colors. The changed the color to espresso, and it looks great. The men were careful and took great care to make sure the deck looked great. I feel they went above and beyond and both deserve the accolades and maybe a gift card for their recognition. I believe one of the men' name was Dale and I am sure based on our address you can find out exactly who represented your company well. I certainly will provide a recommendation. I have a deck that was in bad shape - mold, staining, some rot, multiple different stains and paints applied, etc. I'm not at all a novice at home repair and maintenance and I thought I had some pretty realistic expectations for what to expect in terms of results. The first guy to come pressure washed the deck. Very punctual and respectful. He gave a great explanation of what he was going to do, what I should expect, and how long it would take. He took a lot of care in protecting the inside and outside of my property as well. When he was finished the deck dried for a couple of days. A few days later I came home from work and the deck had been sealed. I was completely blow away at the job DRS did. Totally exceeded my expectations. Even color, perfect color, no blemishes, excellent cleanup, etc., etc. It honestly looks like I have a new deck.

Needed replacement of a long run of split rail with wire backing, because three trees had fallen from neighbor's yard and crushed sections of existing fence. DRS removed fallen trees from fence and replaced fence with higher quality materials than in old fence. Very satisfied with speed and quality of work.
